Meet Dean Zusmer
Real Estate Expert
Dr. Dean Zusmer is a native of Miami Beach, Florida. After completing his doctorate program in Marietta, Georgia, he started his chiropractic practice. That same year, with a strong passion for real estate, he purchased his first property flip. His continued interest in real estate led to his eventual associate real estate licensure and subsequent mortgage originators licensure.
Dean has gained experience in real estate and mortgage transactions both personally and professionally. This experience has motivated him to help others to secure their new home with concierge service from start to finish. Dean works extensively, but not exclusively, with medical and other professionals and prides himself in finding them their perfect home. He extends his experience and know-how to his clients, walking them through each stage of the real estate and mortgage process. Dean is a proud member of Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors®.
On a more personal note, Dean enjoys diving and fishing; organic juicing and theater. He has two daughters, Erin and Paige and resides in Miami Beach with his wife Crystal and their two Boston terriers, Palmer and Emmy.
